As the coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact on our communities, we understand that some of our clients may be negatively affected by this global outbreak. We are monitoring the news around the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak on a daily basis. At Advantage Management, the health and safety of our community residents, colleagues, employees, and vendors are our top priority. While this is a rapidly evolving situation, please be assured we are taking the necessary steps to avoid potential service disruptions. We have contingency plans in place if we need to alter our normal business operations in any way.
In keeping with our business continuity plan, we have:

Taken precautionary measures to keep our offices clean, following guidelines established by the CDC.

Communicated internally that our employees and staff should stay home if they feel sick.

Technology that allows our staff to work remotely, in the event we determine it is necessary to close our offices.
