As 2020 draws to a close we would like to reflect on the positives that happened during this very difficult year.
Let us start off by thanking all of our clients for their business and continued support of Advantage Management. We appreciate you and hope our communications and management have made 2020 a little easier for you.
We would also like to thank the 15 new Associations that joined Advantage Management this year. Thank you for coming aboard and we look forward to a long relationship with your property.
We also want to give a shout out to all of our Advantage employees who continued to work without missing a beat during the pandemic and made the adjustments to working remotely while still handling all of their properties. Thank you for all of your hard work this year.
Additionally, we want to thank all of the essential workers and first responders who live at our properties. Your work has always been an important part of everyone’s lives and have shown even more in 2020 how essential you are. Thank you for everything you do!
With kids partaking in school remotely via Zoom all day long they might not feel Zoom meetings are a positive, but property management has benefited tremendously from having Zoom meetings. Across the board, we have found increased attendance and participation from our Associations. We have received positive feedback from owners who now can attend the meetings since they are handled through Zoom. We see this trend continuing in 2021.
2020 was a big year for our COO, Neal Shamis. Neal not only worked tirelessly making sure our offices were cleaned and PPP was available for all of our staff, but he also added two beautiful, healthy grandchildren to his family.
From everyone in the Advantage Family, we want to wish you a Happy Holiday Season and a wonderful and prosperous 2021.
Sincerely, Advantage Management
