As we approach the end of 2025, we are taking a moment to reflect on a milestone year for Advantage Management. We have been fortunate to grow our family by welcoming 20 new properties from the Chicagoland area. To support this growth, we have also welcomed six new team members, adding valuable expertise to our management, accounting, and support departments.
We are incredibly grateful to our returning clients—many of whom referred us to their friends and colleagues. Your continued trust and support mean the world to us.
Beyond our daily operations, we are especially proud of our community impact. We extend a massive thank you to the owners, board members, and vendors who helped make our first annual food drive a resounding success. Together, we collected nearly 800 pounds of food just before Thanksgiving, making a tangible difference for those in need.
