As 2023 is coming to an end, it is time to reflect on the year. Advantage Management has grown this year, taking on 18 new properties from Hyde Park to Lake Forest. We welcome all our new Associations to the Advantage family and appreciate all our returning clients. Many of our properties came from referrals from our current customers. We always appreciate you passing along our name to your friends. As we look to 2024, we look forward to working with all our new and old Associations.
Our debut of our Educational Webinar Series in 2023 was a big hit, with eight webinars with industry experts. Our devotion to educating our boards and clients is just one thing that separates Advantage from its competitors. In 2024, we plan on a new Webinar Series for our boards with new topics and new industry experts. Our website has a resource library with all of our past newsletter articles. These articles are a great resource to learn about what it means to live in a community.
2024 will bring some additional things to help all of our owners. In the second quarter, we will upgrade our property management software, including a more robust web portal. We know this upgrade will improve the functionality of your account. Board members will also see improvements with their expanded portal. As the transition occurs, your property manager will update you, and we will be sharing articles with the new features.
