As 2022 is coming to an end, it is time to reflect on the year. Advantage Management has experienced some nice growth this year, taking on 16 new properties from Hyde Park to Gurnee. We welcome all our new associations to the Advantage family and appreciate all our returning clients. Many of our properties came from referrals from our current customers. We always appreciate you passing along our name to your friends.

As we grow, we always want to ensure our clients still feel a personal touch, so we have added some new members to the Advantage Family (managers, accounting staff, and administrative staff) and new members to our Executive Team.

Advantage proudly welcomes Kenny Parquette as Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager. Kenny has a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from DeVry University. With a background in the Technology Sector and over 20 years of experience in Property Management. We look forward to many years of service from Kenny.

Also joining the executive team is Chuck Blatt, promoted to Vice President of Marketing & Business Development and Senior Portfolio Manager in 2022. Going into his fifth year with Advantage and 21st in the industry, Chuck continues to manage properties and head up our marketing efforts with our newsletters, social media, and business outreach. He has also streamlined how clients can fill out forms. Chuck is also a proud Dad whose daughter started this year at the University of Michigan. (Go Blue!)

Adam Stolberg continues acting as the President of Advantage and working with Chuck on launching a Web-Based Education Series for all our board members in 2023. In the first quarter of 2023, Advantage will announce our monthly Educational Series to help educate our boards on important industry issues. Keep an eye out for additional information. Adam is also a proud Dad whose daughters started The Ohio State University this fall. (Go, Bucks!)

Neal Shamis, our Chief Operating Officer, is now a proud Grandfather of three and is adding another grandchild in 2023. He loves spending time with them when he is not hard at work managing his properties. Neal looks forward to working with all Advantage employees while the business grows.

As our Operation Director, Andrea Bodenstein has taken on additional responsibilities as she celebrates 13 years with Advantage. She is working on getting all our new associations set up and working with individual owners as they sell or refinance.

Rounding out our executive team is Michael Rupert as, our Director of Accounting. Michael going into his 14th year at Advantage, is responsible for making sure all our Association’s accounts, budgets, and financials are in order. 

The “back office” is the heart and soul of our customer service and manager support.  We proudly welcome Arturo Britto (Office Manager), Monique Bowers (Executive Assistant), and  Christine Rivera (accounting) to the Advantage Family.

As we look to 2023, we look forward to working with all our new and old associations. We look forward to adding additional value-added services like our Educational Series. We want to thank our Association Members, our many vendors, and of course, all our members of the Advantage Management team.
