As the coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have
an increased impact on our communities, we understand that some of our clients
may be negatively affected by this global outbreak. We are monitoring the news
around the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak on a daily basis. At Advantage
Management, the health and safety of our community residents, colleagues,
employees, and vendors are our top priority. While this is a rapidly evolving
situation, please be assured we are taking the necessary steps to avoid
potential service disruptions. We have contingency plans in place if we need to
alter our normal business operations in any way.
In keeping with our business continuity plan, we have:
Taken precautionary measures to keep our offices clean, following guidelines established by the CDC.
Communicated internally that our employees and staff should stay home if they feel sick.
Technology that allows our staff to work remotely, in the event we determine it is necessary to close our offices.
General Services
While all our offices currently remain open, we encourage you to utilize the
available Advantage Management technology tools and resources. In
contacting our office via telephone, it is imperative that you leave a message
if you do not speak directly to the person you are trying to contact. Our
technology will forward messages to employee’s emails, cell phones, and private
numbers so that they can receive and address your inquiry in a timely fashion.
You may also utilize our texting platform by texting from your cell phone
directly to Advantage’s main office number at (312) 475-9400. Our texting
software will route your text directly to your property manager. We
encourage you to utilize our website to
access documents, check balances on your account or make payments.
We will continue communicating often to keep you informed of the latest
developments. As always, our plans and actions will be rooted in our mission
and values as we strive to do the right thing for our colleagues, clients, and
communities.
