Enhancement: I would like to be contacted by the Landscape Contractor about changing the landscaping surrounding my home. I understand that any changes require: • Adherence to the current Rules and Regulations and the Approved Plant List • Neighbor approval if a design change impacting neighbors is identified by the Landscape Contractor, Landscape Committee or HOA Board • Following advice of the Landscape Contractor on best practices regarding plant types, placement, and design • HOA Board of Directors approval • Payment for the work, materials, and an enhancement fee
