Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Growth and Change at Advantage Management

As we approach the end of 2024, we take a moment to reflect on an exciting and transformative year for Advantage Management. We’ve been fortunate to grow our family by adding 30 new properties from the Chicagoland area, and we extend a warm welcome to all our new Associations. We are also incredibly grateful to our returning clients, many of whom referred us to their friends and colleagues. Your trust and support mean the world to us.
 
This year, we also welcomed six new team members, including property managers and accounting staff. Their expertise and dedication are already making a positive impact on our operations and service.
 
One of the most significant milestones for Advantage Management in 2024 was the relocation of our corporate office to Skokie. After 25 years, we recognized the need for a larger space to accommodate our growing team and business. While we’re no longer located in downtown Chicago, we are proud to remain your hometown management company. In an industry increasingly dominated by large national firms, we continue to be a locally owned and operated business dedicated to serving the communities in and around our hometown.
 
As we look ahead to 2025, we’re excited about the opportunities to work with both our new and long-standing Associations. One of our key initiatives for the upcoming year is to continue our Educational Webinar Series for our boards, featuring new topics and expert speakers from within the industry. Additionally, our website continues to serve as a valuable resource for our clients, with an extensive library of past newsletter articles, providing helpful insights into what it means to live in and manage a community.
 
We want to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to our Association members, our many trusted vendors, and, of course, the dedicated members of the Advantage Management team. We could only have achieved this success with each of you.
